Besides that, this is what March 22nd looks like in Corvallis these days.
This was in the morning, it snowed all day and night after this.
The night was beautiful, but c'mon.
I hear it's 80 in the Midwest.
All bets are off.

If you look really close at the billboard, you'll get an idea of what they are building.
The other side shows young folks sitting around having a pleasant "rap session".
Some kind of awesome, hip paradise, apparently.
